The Department of Business Administration (referred to as the Department) at Chaoyang University of Technology (referred to as CYUT) was established in AD 1994, coinciding with the inception of CYUT. Over the years, the faculty has strengthened, and the school system has become more comprehensive, offering bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree programs. The department currently has approximately 1,200 students.

Following the school's concept of cultivating talents with critical-thinking abilities, the Department envisions becoming a high-quality Department of Business Administration that cultivates VIP (Vision, Innovation, Profession) managers. Its educational objective is to cultivate business talents who possess qualities such as a quality work attitude, a keen understanding of current trends, problem-solving abilities, and a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship.
