The Department of Business Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Department) of Chaoyang University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as the CYUT) was established in AD 1994, at the inception of CYUT. After years of refinement and growth, not only is faculty strong, but the school system has become more complete, including bachelor’s degree programs, master’s degree programs, and doctoral degree program, etc. The whole department has about 1,200 students. Under the school-running concept for cultivation of talents with the critical-thinking capability, the Department proposes its vision to “become a quality Department of Business Administration cultivating the VIP (i.e., Vision, Innovation, Profession) managers”, according to its vision, the educational objective it established for itself is to “cultivate the business talents that own the attributes of taking quality attitudes towards work, grasping the pulse of the times and trends, being good at solving management problem, and innovation and entrepreneurship”.
