Our school positions itself as a "research university among technical and vocational universities and an industry-research university among ordinary universities." To implement the six strategies mentioned above for school affairs development, the School of Management will establish development goals based on the resources of each department. These goals are defined as follows: cultivating "professional," "innovative," "international," and "holistic" management talents.

The School of Management adheres to its consistent advantages in school administration, grasping the international development trend, and utilizing innovative thinking and integrated learning approaches to shape the characteristics of the school. We aim for students to enter the industry before graduation and succeed wherever they go. We uphold the educational concept of "academic-enterprise win-win, dual-track, and triple-win" in professional fields such as finance, business management, insurance finance, accounting, leisure business management, marketing and circulation, and silver hair industry management. We combine industrial resources and teaching research with creative ideas and innovative actions, fostering cross-department cooperation and integration.

Our goal is to cultivate professional, innovative, international, and holistic management talents for the corporate world. To achieve this, we propose six talent cultivation strategies based on the aforementioned development thinking:

1. Deep cultivation: Develop local international plans.
2. Enter the industry before graduation.
3. Create a win-win situation parallel to learning, research, and production.
4. Engage in cross-border learning and cross-border advancement.
5. Secure employment after graduation and quickly adapt to the workplace.
6. Encourage continuous improvement and maintain a strong battery life.

Based on these strategies, we will carry out various action plans to achieve our goals.
