Full-Time Day Division Program Overview

The bachelor's degree program for the full-time day division of the Department was established in the academic year 1994. The primary objective of the Department's bachelor's degree program is to provide students with a student-focused learning environment that develops well-rounded managerial skills and ethical awareness through innovative quality programs and collaboration with professionals from industry, government, and academia. This collaboration helps students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for career success.

The Department's bachelor's degree program offers professional training and development courses with concentrations in six fields of business-based management, including general management, marketing, human resources, information, operations, and finance. Additionally, students have the option to select a second major or minor in a field outside the Department's bachelor's degree program, or choose a minor from within the program.

By cultivating the six fields of business-based management courses, students benefit from the Department's bachelor's degree program as they develop attitudes and values aligned with C-SMILE (creativity, skill, manner, innovation, learning, and entrepreneurship). These attributes are built by the Department to assist students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals.
