1.論文計畫書審查日前一周提出申請
Submit the application one week before the thesis proposal review date

2.通過博士論文計畫書審查達2個月以上，得提出學位考試申請
After passing the doctoral thesis proposal review for more than 2 months, you may apply for the degree examination

1.學位考試申請須於口試日期1個月以前申請，且須完成台灣學術倫理教育課程。
The application form must be submit one month before the oral defense, and have to completed the Taiwan Ethics Education

2.學位考試當天須自行準備表格如下：
The related forms of oral defense are explained as follows

(1)學位考試結果通知書:1份
Results of Oral Defense of Thesis / Dissertation: one copy

(2)學位考試評分表：1位委員1份
Test Scores of Degree Examination(for Committee member): depend on the number of committees.

(3)中文審定書：1份
Verification Letter from the Oral Examination Committee(Chinese): one copy

(4)英文審定書：1份
Verification Letter from the Oral Examination Committee(English): one copy

(5)「論文原創性比對」結果(不超過30%)：1位委員1份
students must finish the examination of checking for plagiarism and ensuring authenticity across all subject areas with the plagiarism detection software of the CYUT library, such as iThenticate, Turnitin or SYMSKAN. The results of checking must be handed in during the doctoral degree examination.(the result does not exceed 30%)

取得中英文審定書後即可進行離校程序：
(1)至學生資訊系統或圖資處系統上傳論文(需浮水印)，完成後簽回電子論文授權書2張

1. Upload thesis to Library system (watermark and verification letters are required), and sign back 2 electronic paper authorization letters after completion.
